Strategic IT Staffing is dedicated to connecting top talent with unique positions. Many of the professionals in our network come from referrals. That’s why we continue to show our appreciation to those who take the time to tell friends, family members or associates about the opportunities available at Strategic IT Staffing.
Our referral bonus program is one way we express appreciation. We provide bonuses for every referred candidate that we place on contract, contract-to-hire or direct-hire jobs with our client companies. You will be eligible to receive a bonus of $250 to $500 (as determined by Strategic IT Staffing) when a candidate you refer is placed into a contract assignment or a direct-hire role with one of our client companies.
For contract assignments bonuses are payable after the referred candidate has completed a minimum of 30 days on the assignment (no bonus is payable to you if the assignment lasts less than 30 days). For direct-hire placements bonuses are payable 90 days following the date of placement (no bonus is payable to you if the placement lasts less than 90 days). Bonuses may be taxable pursuant to applicable law.
